APPLICATION PROCEDURE

We look forward to receiving your nominees for the upcoming 2025/2026 academic year.
Nomination deadlines for partner universities:
  • Winter semester: April 30, 2025
  • Summer semester: October 15, 2025
Partner universities are required to submit a list of nominated students, including:
  • Full name, gender, and email address
  • Study level
  • Study area
  • Exchange period (winter/summer semester)
Once we accept a nomination, the nominated student(s) will receive a web link to register in our system along with all the necessary information to complete their application.
Application deadlines for students:
  • Winter semester: May 31, 2025
  • Summer semester: November 30, 2025
Important: If student accommodation is required, the application deadline for both semesters is May 31, 2025.

Below, you can find the required documents:

1.)Learning Agreement for studies or Dashboard Online Learning Agreement (here you can find a list of coordinators responsible for signing the OLA);

2.) Confirmation of a student English language level B2 minimum(Erasmus+ OLS language assessment results);

3.) Payment confirmation for the dormitory by:

  • September 10, 2025 (for the first semester)
  • January 15, 2026 (for the summer semester)

4.) A scanned copy of the European Health Insurance Card (required only for EU citizens). Non-EU citizens must provide proof of other insurance valid in Poland.

All the documents listed above are mandatory for enrollment at the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow!

If you are applying to the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow, you will need to review the available courses and submit a Learning Agreement. This form should be completed with the assistance of the Erasmus Coordinator at your home institution. It outlines all aspects of your study program, including the ECTS credits to be awarded upon successful completion, and serves as a commitment between the home and host institutions as well as the student. While most courses at our university are taught in Polish, we also offer a selection of modules in foreign languages (see the list of available modules). At the end of your stay, a Transcript of Records, detailing the courses you have taken, exam results, and the corresponding ECTS credit points, will be sent directly to your home university.

GENERAL DOCUMENTS

Student Identity Card

Upon arrival, incoming students will receive their student ID cards. These cards are issued by the International Relations Office and are valid only with the University seal, which is stamped for the period from October 1 to September 30. The student ID card entitles holders to a 50% fare reduction on the public transport system (a personal ticket for one semester in Zone I costs 210 PLN), as well as discounts on domestic train travel and access to all university libraries.
