                               SHARING GOOD PRACTICES IN HANDLING POST-WAR TRAUMA

 

April 22-24 we hosted the final activity of the project titled 'Developing Trainer Skills in Preventing Postraumatic Stress in Adults’, funded by Turkish National Agency, numbered 2023-1-TR01-KA210-ADU-000157523.

The Institute of Law, Economics and Administration, whose staff is implementing the project, hosted representatives of the project leader Toroslar Halk Eğitim Merkezi and partner institutions Bingol University and Esplai Social.

In the activity titled 'Sharing good practices in handling post-war trauma’ we discussed war trauma with historical dimension with our Turkish and Spanish partners. We also helped understand war trauma by visiting the Plaszow Camp and the Oscar Schindler Museum with our project partners.

In addition, we discussed and made decision about responsibilities of each project partners in the creation of project itelectual outputs.

The meeting ended with the presentation of certificates to project participants by the Director of the Institute of Journalism and International Relations Associate Professor Krzysztof Gurba Ph.D.
